Ready for Montessori

After several days of being with me, my Mom started leaving me at my new school. The first day I cried for 1 minute but was fine for the rest of the hour; the second day I cried so much they called my Mom 45 minutes later to get me!! (She warned them that I might be moody because I woke up at 6:30, which is early for me.) The third day I cried for 20 minutes but got over it eventually. Then when my Mom picked me up at lunch, I CRIED as if to say, "Why did you leave me??! I missed you!!" I was so happy to see her; when we got home, I had the biggest smile on my face and giggled when we had lunch together. I was sweet and didn't hurl all my lunch nor make too big a mess with my favorite activity - pouring and sorting!

I just needed the right motivation - granny apple granola! It's also my ego - I didn't see anyone else "knee walk" at school. Today was my first day! (transitioning at the infant/toddler program of Isabella's school)

A Menace

Now that I'm 17 months old, no more Mr. Nice Guy - I've become quite a menace! I'm not toddling around on my feet yet, but I definitely have a toddler personality! I have been throwing everything in my path. I like throwing things down the stairs and seeing it bounce down. I am very vocal now, and if I don't get what I want, the crescendo begins, "neh neh NEH NEH!!!" and I furiously hurl everything I can get my hands on. My fascination for gravity is driving my Mom crazy!

My sister and I always have fun playing together, but even she is always trying to keep me out of trouble!

My parents tell me it's the New Year, but then they take me to this big Christmas tree in the City?! I'm confused!
